The Institutional Planning Advisory Committee (IPAC) will be hosting listening sessions for the campus community to provide feedback on the strategic planning focus areas and goals. The listening sessions will provide a forum to gather additional ideas and input from the campus community to inform focus areas and goals in our next strategic plan.

Before registering, please ensure you are registering for a listening session with your respective employee category in the title. We are hosting focus groups with employees within the same category to ensure the different perspectives and experiences between employee groups are represented.

The information to connect virtually to the focus group will be sent via email two hours before the session begins.

Other Information about the listening sessions:

Each listening session will be one hour long and will be manually recorded in a shared document by the facilitator(s) to ensure we fully capture the ideas and perspectives shared. Information written on the shared document will be recorded anonymously. Only the facilitators and IPAC members will have access to the documents. Once the information is incorporated into the final report, documents will be deleted. Please note that by registering for a focus group you are providing consent to have your ideas and perspectives recorded in a shared document.

After each listening session, participants will have an opportunity to complete a brief Qualtrics survey requesting their opinion on the strategic planning focus areas and goals, as well as their thoughts and opinions regarding enrollment-specific questions. The information will be collected, analyzed, and reported as described above.
