All Level Yoga and Mindfulness

All Level Yoga and Mindfulness In-Person

We will share a 60-minute yoga practice that can be adapted to the individual. After class, we will offer some suggestions for meditation and breathing work that can fit into the busiest day. 

Instructor Bio: 

Lorena Mathien, Associate Professor of Business, is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with additional certifications in yoga for anxiety and trauma-informed yoga. She loves sharing her practice with the Buffalo State student athletes, complimenting their strength and athleticism with flexibility and mindfulness.

Teresa Corrigan-Beaton, Lecturer Elementary Education, Literacy and Ed. Leadership program. Teresa Corrigan is a retired elementary school teacher who is now delighted to be working with future teachers at Buffalo State College.  Her first retirement project was to complete her 200-hour trauma informed yoga teacher training with Yogis in Service.  She loves sharing yoga with people of all ages.
