Executive Presence for Women

Executive Presence for Women In-Person

How do we define executive presence for women? It used to be equated with assertiveness, and women were instructed to "lean in" in order to be seen as confident and capable leaders. An exciting new paradigm is defining executive presence as the ability to create connections that inspire. Authentic executive presence means creating these connections by simply being yourself. In this session, we'll discuss what we mean by authentic self-expression and look at ways to explore and develop that voice. We'll also evaluate other executive presence tools through this new lens, such as saying no, saying yes, physical presence, decision-making, and lifting up others.
