Loving-Kindness Meditation with Berg Miller

Loving-Kindness Meditation with Berg Miller In-Person

Short Description (taken from a google search if that works): Loving-kindness meditation (sometimes called “metta” meditation) is a great way to cultivate our propensity for kindness. It involves mentally sending goodwill, kindness, and warmth towards others. Join us for a 10–15-minute synchronous meditation to help ground yourself so that you might also be more present to others.

Bio: Berg Miller, PhD, LMSW, (she/they) is a new Assistant Professor to the Department of Social Work. When she is not banging her head against a keyboard from her home office or getting accidentally kicked in the face by her 3 1/2-year-old, Berg uses short, guided meditations to ground herself and maintain wellness.
