Eating During a Pandemic In-Person

Our worlds have been turned upside down and that includes more unstructured time at home.  This presentation will discuss healthy ways to eat during this time. It will include adequate hydration, ideas for meal prep, creative cooking challenges as well as specific nutrients to help keep your immune system in great shape to keep us healthy.

Katie Manis, MS, RD-AP, CDN, CNSC is a registered dietitian and faculty member of the Health, Nutrition and Dietetics department.  Katie has experience working in hospitals and outpatient nutrition counseling.
