Peer Learning through the use of Interteaching in Face to Face and Virtual College Classrooms Online
Interteaching is an empirically supported instructional practice that combines self-directed learning with peer-to-peer interactions by using study guides and applied activities inside and outside of class. Interteaching allows faculty to provide more targeted and immediate feedback, while spending less time lecturing. Interteaching has been shown to improve college student performance and recall, over time.
