“Transitioning Service-Learning Projects for the Virtual World” Online
This talk will look at ways in which service-learning projects can be adapted to remote learning. It will focus on experiences that are safe for students and community partners during the COVID-19 pandemic while still meeting course objectives. The discussion, presented by Lori Ann Woods, will focus on the transition that her CWP 102 class had to make last semester from hands-on service-learning opportunities to remote service-learning. This will be a short presentation followed by discussion.
