For Staff – Working Remotely with Students and Customers In-Person
To provide continuity of student services and business operations remotely, the Professional Development Center is offering online workshops for staff to introduce how BlackBoard Collaborate and Microsoft Tools can be leveraged to effectively meet and work with your students and customers. This tool allows you to video chat, share your computer screen, and allows students/customers to share their computer screen with a staff member.
