NDLW: Enhancing Course Design for Accessibility and Inclusive Learning at SUNY Buffalo State University Online

SUNY Buffalo State University’s Course Design Review (OSCQR) process uses the OSCQR rubric to enhance instructional design and accessibility for online courses. It encourages faculty to reflect on key design elements that improve student engagement and success while introducing them to accessibility principles. Through this process, faculty and instructional designers collaborate to address accessibility issues and emphasize continuous improvement. This presentation will explore how the Course Design Review and OSCQR rubric equip educators with the skills to create accessible content for all courses.
