Weigh-In On Wednesday (WOW) Introduction In-Person
This is an introduction and invitation to join the campus's EAP WOW Program. Participants provide their weight every Wednesday or have the EAP coordinator weigh the participants on the campus EAP scale. All weigh in will be confidential and all records will be kept confidential by the EAP coordinator. We will provide handouts and information on healthy lifestyle tips, gather interest for other topics, and engage the participants to discuss nutrition and fitness challenges. Some of the goals we would like to achieve are to lose weight, eat healthier, move more, develop a positive mind-set, or all the above. Participants will be encouraged to participate in the WellNYS Monthly Challenge. Incentive awards will be provided to participants who attend certain number of weeks throughout the program.
