Creating User Friendly Pages in Brightspace In-Person

Learn how to create accessible, user-friendly pages in your Brightspace course! While PDFs and Word documents may have their place in online courses, instructor-created documents are best suited as webpages. Brightspace webpages can help you create interactive, responsive, and accessible content for your learners.

In this session, we'll discuss:

  • when to use web pages and when to use Word documents or PDFs
  • creating web pages in Brightspace
  • using Brightspace document templates to create accessible and responsive content
  • how to transfer existing content from Word documents and PDFs to Brightspace web pages

A computer is not required for this session, but please bring your own device if you would like to work in Brightspace during this session.
