SUMMARY:NDLW: Stacking Success: Integrating Micro-Credentials and Certifications into Online Learning
DESCRIPTION:This session is a part of the National Distance Learning Week 
 Celebration.  \n\n \n\nI have supported 200  undergraduate and graduate 
 students in earning specialized badges and micro-credentials. 
 Collectively\, these students have earned over 2\,000 certifications across 
 five certifying bodies\, developed in partnership with 13  employer 
 organizations. In this presentation\, I will discuss why I began including 
 these certificates as a part of my course materials\, share student 
 outcomes\, and highlight why it has been a meaningful value-add for both 
 the students and myself.\n\n \n\nThis session will run 30-40 with Q&A.
