SUMMARY:Roar to Success: Assessing Fall 2023 and Planning for Fall 2024
DESCRIPTION:The panel focuses on the Roar to Success initiative\, a 
 collaboration among Academic Affairs\, Enrollment Management\, and Student 
 Affairs to address retention and persistence of incoming students. The 
 presenters will share pre- and post- fall 2023 Roar to Success student data 
 related to college and college resources\, college policies\, and course 
 strategies for creating success in college. Additional data points include 
 the number of absences and grades in the two required UNC courses\, fall 
 grade point average\, and preliminary percentage of spring 2024 
 registrations. The panelists will outline Fall 2024 Roar to Success plans 
 for the fall 2023 cohort 1 and the fall 2024 cohort 2.
