Intelligent Agents in Brightspace: IA not AI In-Person

This short introduction to Intelligent Agents in Brightspace will discuss how to use Intelligence Agents to send automated emails to students based on their course performance, how to personalize them, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as discussing several use scenarios that reduce faculty workload, ensure Regular and Substantive Interaction (RSI), and increase student success through timely and accurate messaging. A follow-up hands-on workshop is planned for Fall.
